One of our classmate’s parents graciously arranged for Comet and Rocket to take a group tour at Cleaning House Mitsumi near the school. It was amazing to see how clothes get professionally cleaned and ironed, and it was so nice that the staff let us explore and learn! We love our supportive parents!
クラスメートのご両親のご好意で、彗星とロケットは学校の近くにあるクリーニングハウスみつみのグループツアーに参加することになった。衣服がプロの手によってクリーニングされ、アイロンがかけられるのを見るのは驚きでした！私たちは応援してくれる両親を愛しています！

Also, both classes went to Kabatake Park for gym class.

Comet

This week, we focused on writing and reading the letter O.

And we decorated some pine cones.
そして松ぼっくりを飾ずりました。

Rocket

In music class, the children continue practicing the “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star” using the pianica. It is nice to watch their progress in each lesson. (Also, we had a fun time swimming as well!)
音楽の授業では、ピアニカを使って「きらきら星」の練習を続けている。毎回のレッスンで、子どもたちの上達ぶりを見るのは嬉しいものです。(また、楽しく泳ぐこともできました！）。

This week, Rocket Class had finished learning the sight words 3. Thus, now, we are moving on to jump out words 4. 
今週、ロケット・クラスは視単語3の学習を終えた。そして今、飛び出す単語4へと進んでいる。

They also traced the letters t and u. Some of the children had fun tracing the letters using different colored pencils.  
また、tとuの文字をなぞった。何人かの子供たちは、さまざまな色鉛筆を使って文字をなぞるのを楽しんでいた。

Further, the question word “where” and the prepositions “in, on, by and under” were introduced to the class.
さらに、”where “という疑問詞と、”in, on, by, under “という前置詞が紹介された。
